Baptisms are scheduled daily by appointment.  See the schedule above. On Sundays, group baptisms are held at 1:30 pm.

Requirements:

For Registrants Belonging to Sacred Heart Parish-Shrine:

​

• Provide a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate with the registry number.

• Ensure that the child to be baptized is not more than seven (7) years old.

• For children aged 7 years and above, an interview with a priest is required, and they may need to undergo catechism. This process will take a few days.

• Fill out the registration form at the parish office.

 

For Registrants Not Belonging to Sacred Heart Parish-Shrine (Residents Outside Barangays Kamuning, Sacred Heart, Obrero, Kristong-Hari, and South Triangle):

• Obtain an official letter of permit or "Permit to Baptize" from your home parish.

• Provide a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate with the registry number.

• Ensure that the child to be baptized is not more than seven (7) years old.

• For children aged 7 years and above, an interview with a priest is required, and they may need to undergo catechism. This process will take a few days.
